Friends & Family Saver: promotional terms and conditions

These promotional terms and conditions are supplemental to the general Terms of Service and shall not be considered independently. They must be read and interpreted in conjunction with the general Terms of Service of StayPoland.

Eligibility for Discount: The discount is applicable for reservations made for at least 4 individuals (the “Group”).

Discount Calculation: The discount is calculated based on the final tour price and applies to each participant in the Group.

Discount Processing: Provisions of section 4.2.1 of the Terms of Service regarding payments apply, which means:

• Initially, a 20% deposit is required, and the full reservation amount must be paid at least 65 days before the tour’s start date. In this case, the discount will be processed between the 40th and 45th day before the tour’s start date by issuing a refund to the credit card used for the reservation.
• If the reservation is made later than 65 days before the tour’s start date, we will charge 100% of the tour price minus the discount amount.

Currency: As per the general Terms of Service, the transaction currency is the Polish Zloty (PLN). Consequently, the discount is applied to the tour price denominated in PLN. The refund to the credit card, as mentioned in point 3, will be processed in PLN according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of the refund.

Cancellation and Group Size: If a reservation meeting the discount criteria is made, but some Group members cancel their participation, resulting in the Group size dropping below 4, the discounts for all Group members will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations are also subject to the conditions described in section “4.2.5. Cancellation made by client” of the general Terms of Service.

Direct Booking Requirement: This promotion is valid only for reservations made directly with StayPoland and does not apply to bookings made through agents or other intermediaries.

Exclusivity of Discounts: If a reservation qualifies for this discount and another discount is simultaneously available for the selected tour date, the discounts shall not be combined. In such cases, the higher discount will be applied to the reservation.
