Platinum Residence is a modern complex offering completely furnished apartments, with reception desk and concierge services, access to an exclusive fitness club, as well as restaurants and café bars in the shopping gallery – all supported by a five-star hotel services.
Among almost 400 apartments constructed in both towers, only 220 apartmetnts were selected for the Platinum Residence project which have been furnished and equipped to satisfy sophisticated taste and needs of their residents.

A wide range of equipment ensures that the residents may use the apartment as if it was their own home. All apartments are equipped with a safe-deposit box, a telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi and household devices such as a TV set, a DVD player, a microwave, a kettle.
Depending on the size, apartments have got either an kitchenette or a full-size kitchen with a wide range of accesories like china, glasses, pots, cutlery. The largest apartments are equipped with washing machines. We offer apartments of the area from 37m2 to 100m2:

The credit used for booking must contain the guest name to be presented at reception upon the client's arrival. If the credit card used for reservation is not presented, the Platinum Residence will request an alternative credit card for payment. Additionally, the property charges a 100 PLN deposit for incidentals in the form of a pre-authorization on the guest’s credit card. Cards belonging to third parties, payment cards, debit cards and virtual cards (without the physical presence) will not be accepted. Cash deposits are not accepted. Even if a third party executes payment for the costs of the stay, the guest must have a credit card during checking in and the Platinum Residence will carry out a preauthorization on the guest’s credit card for the amount of PLN 100 in terms of a deposit. Before confirming the apartment reservation, please make sure that the invoice data you provided is correct. The revision of invoice details is only possible for an additional charge of 61,50 PLN. In the case of a non-refundable reservation, you will be provided with the personalized link, which is necessary to make the secured payment for the reservation with a credit card.
