The castle in Golub-Dobrzyn was built in the beginning of the 14th century as a defensive fortress. It was many times attacked, destroyed, rebuilt and finally converted in the Renaissance style as a palace of the princess Anna Vasa. Erected on a hill overlooking the town, the castle belongs to the most interesting edifices of Europe.
Since the 1970s there has been a tourist hostel with 54 beds in shared rooms at the castle and for several years now we have additionally been having 22 places in comfortable guest rooms.
We have spared no effort to create a solemn and at the same time warm climate and we think we have succeeded. The kitchen too does everything to meet even your greatest expectations.
