This trip involves great exposure to a series of unforgettable natural experiences: the highest central European mountains – the Tatras, the beautiful town of Zakopane, the wooden churches of Polish Galicia, the medieval castle in Czorsztyn, a pleasant and safe raft ride, and last – but not least – the delicious local cuisine.
DAY 1
8.00 – departure from Krakow
11.00 – arrival in Zakopane, check-in at your hotel, free time on Krupowki Street
13.00 – optional lunch at a selected restaurant in Zakopane
14.00 – transport by cable car to the Gubalowka Mountain, which is one of the most beautiful observation points in the Tatra Mountains
17.00 – journey to the famous wooden chapel in Jaszczurowka and the ski jumping centre in Pod Nosalem
19.00 – return to the hotel, a free evening in Zakopane (the possibility to participate in a highlander show), overnight in Zakopane
DAY 2
8.30 – breakfast in Zakopane hotel
9.15 – journey through the Podhale region to Debno Podhalanskie to visit one of the most beautiful wooden churches in Poland, listed in UNESCO World Heritage list
12.00 – visit the XIVth century Niedzica Castle; after sightseeing tour – lunch break
14.00 – a pleasant raft trip in the Pieniny Mountains National Park
17.00 – check-out from the hotel and return way to Krakow
20.00 – planned arrival in Krakow
